The installer worked without any problems and all files were put in the right place.
I chose to create an new folder in the start menu. This new folder was successfully created an populated.
What does not
When I start the programm either from the menu entry (created by the installer) or from the command line, it crashes (EAccessViolation). After two error message popups it terminates.
There is a portable version of PhonerLite that is distributed as a ZIP file. If I unpack this file and run PhonerLite from the command line, everything works as exepcted. I can run and configure the program as expected. Calling and receiving calls is working well.
What was not tested
Installing is not yet ready for prime time, but for the advanced user this a very lightweight and useful SIP phone tool.
