Imaris

What works

1. Installing imaris works
2. starting imaris works
3. some example data can be opened, and rotated in 3D

What does not

1. when stacksize is unlimited (the default on the test machine), wine chrashed. 
2. connecting with "ssh -X" to the machine running wine fails, because vulkan on debian11 does not work over remote connection
3. [crashes when opening some example files. A possible explanation is that the machine did not have a GPU with 2 GB VRAM]

Workarounds

1. Stacksize need to be limited, e.g. with ulimit -s 655360
2. I was using a remote machine for installing wine and imaris and connected to it with ssh -X. This has problems because vulkan fails on Debian11. As a workaround for this issue, I compiled mesa/22.1.7 and wine 7.16 from source.

What was not tested

1. any more advanced processing
2. running it locally
