What does not

Running through the Lutris launcher resulted in random crashing of the battle.net launcher. (Likely not a wine issue, but including in case someone else is having this issue)
Game initially launched into an unplayable black screen with the WoW cursor visible and no sound. 
Experienced random "memory could not be read" errors loading into zones and occasionally when the game first launched. 

Raytracing is nonfunctional.

Workarounds

Fixed the launcher crashes by changing Lutris runner to wine 7.0.1.
Fixed black screen on game launch by updating to the latest vulkan libraries provided by the WineHQ repo.
Fixed memory could not be read errors by installing windbind package from the ubuntu repo.
