What works
98% of things work quite well.
This includes UHD/HD Playback, output device switching, volume adjustments, shuffle, repeat, usage of playlists and podcasts, scrolling through music libraries, adjusting and over-viewing subscription information and client-side settings, as well as clicking on song or album titles to see information about the artist or their highlighted album.
What does not
Exclusive Mode does not work at all unfortunately and there is no workaround, at least from what I and other members have tried, in Winetricks, PulseAudio, and Pipewire.
Workarounds
What was not tested
I did not test Winetricks changes to change the Times New Roman font that is used as the default font for this app when ran on Wine. Some other users have suggested that there are workarounds to this issue by installing a lot of fonts through Winetricks, I just simply haven't taken the time to do that.

Solution: Installation of the newest wine, it is not tested if stable is sufficient. If it still does not work, install wine-staging.
If above did not help, run:
winetricks renderer=gdi
winetricks has to be installed for that.
