What works

Installation from CD works quite well. Also the display and sound setup can be run without problems.

What does not

The game doesn't start. It complains that it doen't find DirectX5. I found no way (real Direct X dlls, changes in the registry) to work around this problem.

If the game would recognize thd DirectX of wine I would expect it tu run as "Tomb Raider III" does: without problems.

HowTo / Notes

Disable window manager controlling in winecfg
Please disable (untick) the "Allow the window manager to control the windows" option in winecfg. It can be found under the "Graphics" settings. If you don't disable it, the game might not go to the fullscreen mode.
