Additional Comments

I played the level "Vinci_BouncePad-Demo" a custom, self-contained TR2 level from www.trle.net. (This is not a demo, it is a full playable level, which contains two dozen or so bounce pads, including multiple series.) I clicked on tomb2.exe to start. The screen scrambles, but a single mouse click restores the opening TR2 screen. From there start new game. The screen resolution is 640x480. Use "F2" to get a higher screen resolution of one's choosing. (On future play this chosen resolution will be automatically used.) The game runs flawlessly, and one can save and load. If Lara pulls out a block, on hears scraping sound. But if Lara says "Aha!" the trailing part of the sound is truncated. There is no sound for Lara's footsteps. The footsteps add a lot to the game, as there are different sounds when Lara runs on metal, wood, grass, snow, and so forth. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
