What works

• Requirements before installing: "winetricks corefonts" and "winetricks vcrun2019" on wineprefix required.
• Upgrading to latest version (make sure to choose right prefix before running the .exe upgrade)
• Entering activation code from the DVD-package booklet. 
• Icon on the desktop and menu without running into bug 3548 (lnk-file)
• Starting from the command line. 
• Adding a certificate.
• Opening a new tax case.
• Assistant (Lotse) seems to work okay.
• Playing videos
• Help functions and texts.
• Getting information from the tax-authorities in Germany using code (Abrufcode in German)
• Transmitting tax case to tax authorities (Daten�bermittlung)

What does not

• Version of "vcrun2019" supplied in the download package doesn't install but can be installed using winetricks 

Workarounds

• Version of "vcrun2019" supplied in the download package doesn't install but can be installed using winetricks
• Had to start the program from the Command Line (Application is "stman2023.exe in /home/mwagner/WineApps/AldiSteuer2022/drive_c/Program Files/Steuer 2022)

What was not tested

• Transferring data from previous years from files generated using the previous versions. (Don't have any of these files but another report shows that it is supposed to work)
