What works

The installer runs, although the installer reports an error code about installing the HASP License manager, the application exe is in place
The application seems to be installed.

What does not

* the installer reports a failure about install the HASP License manager

* When trying to start the application, it crashes (see bug report 54474)

Workarounds

I've used

wine start ~/.cache/wine/wine-mono-7.4.1-x86.msi

This seems to speed up the instlaller, otherwise the installer will try to install dotnet48
