Couldn't get it to run with Lutris (Fedora 37, Wine 7.2, 8.2)
So I had to launch from wine explorer
Before that I used winetricks to create 32 bit wine prefix
Then installed Directx9 and d3dx41
Then used winecfg to run in Win7 mode and
Then used winecfg Libraries tab to add override to d3d8 to "Built In Wine"
Then launch wine explorer and run tropico3.exe
