Installed by Winetricks:

• MS Core Fonts
• vcrun2019
• dxvk (probably not necessary, just following a debug hint)

Installed d2d1.dll 7.0.6002.18107 32bit from dll-files.com in application directory set library order to native,builtin and Windows version to 7 by winecfg. 

Tested a few d2d1.dll 10.0.x variants in Windows version 10 setting but program crashed while creating ELSTER preview. Compare https://bugs.winehq.org/show_b...

For updates:

1. Download directly from buhl.de site
2. Start update.exe with WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-wisoprefix wine "/path/to/Downloads//WISOSteuer2023UpdateXXYYZZ.exe"
