This version is an update that covers newer cars than previous versions.
Basic interface works. Connects to OBD2 VCI device successfully. Can choose car make/model and different diagnostic functions. Programming, activating components and running functions like abs bleeding on the car work.
What does not
I could not get the gecko component to work so that it would display the extra help/information when you open a particular function.
The com port has to be assigned to the ttyUSB in the registry as described here: https://superuser.com/a/147784...
The Autocom CDP+ vendor and product ids are not recognized as being the FTDI Serial to USB device even though it is compatible, so you have to add the vendor and product ids as described here: https://forums.raspberrypi.com...
What was not tested
Did not test firmware upgrades of the VCI. Did not test every single option and function that can be done with the cars.
It's probably possible to get the gecko component working as well, I was just in a rush so didn't have time to work it out yet.
