What works
Aside from requiring that all language packs be selected during installation, everything works surprisingly well.
-Ruby works OOB for me (others mentioned they needed to disable it) as such all extensions I've tested work (as does the console)
-Experience is identical to Windows except for 1 bug listed below (in my judgement it is even faster than native windows)
What does not
- ORBIT & PAN (kind of a big deal): This is not an issue in general navigation or rendering, (Walk, Camera Placement, and Ruby navigation all work). I haven't dived into this much yet but I will submit a bug report and update this if I find a valid workaround.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Everything was tested with the exception of checking every extension (all extensions I did test work, but not all extensions have been tested).
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
If Orbit and Pan worked OOB or with workarounds I would give this a triple-platinum rating (if it were possible)

However, /DisableRubyAPI is needed to make it not crash and unfortunately this makes it impossible to use plugins such as Twilight render. So I'll need to go back to 2018 again. If plugin support could be made working that would be awesome.

With such solution you could setup different Windows versions, and it allow to have multiple environment (for application needs).

(1) Installation
All selectable languages must be enabled. Even so, an 'invalid handle' message is generated, but the installation is completed.
(2) Starting the program with NVIDIA graphics processor:
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia WINEPREFIX="/DATA/prg/sketchup_2023" WINEESYNC=1 WINEARCH="win64" /opt/wine-staging/bin/wine64 "/DATA/prg/sketchup_2023/drive_c/Program Files/SketchUp/SketchUp 2023/SketchUp.exe" /DisableRubyAPI

it's also possible to fix the black window issue by starting Sketchup with "wine SketchUp.exe /DisableRubyAPI". In this case you end up in operational enviroment, mouse works, icons are clickable, but impossible to access application menu.
