the installer can be started.

What does not


the installer does not finish, but repeats again and again the same step, an never finish installing
The dialog window "Installing WebView2 runtime (Evergreen) ..." shows a progress bar, and when the progress bar has reach the end, the progress bar starts from the beginning. 

This happens again and again; in some cases I kept this running for at least 10 repeatitions.

the program could not be installed, therefore could not be started.
