The database version is out of date with version "v2016.02.16.06". Attempting to update yields "Unable to access update server". This is probably just because it's an old version of Malwarebytes.
Enabling "Scan for rootkits" in a full scan comes up with an error saying "Malwarebytes was unable to load the Anti-Rootkit DDA Driver, this error may be caused by rootkit activity. Do you want to reboot the system and attempt to install the driver?" Pressing yes does nothing except cancel the scan, and pressing no continues the scan without rootkit detection.
