Installation, patching to v1.18, no-cd patch, gameplay using no-cd patch.
What does not
Cutscene/intro videos, CD copy protection, EAX audio.
What was not tested
Intermittently crashes when switching to in-game menu, but is fine for the most part: certainly good enough to play all the way through. The dark.cfg hack (inserting 'ObjTextures16') described elsewhere was not needed for my (UK) version; this line was already present. Game still relies on the no-cd patch to be played, however, and the video codec isn't natively supported; one can use e.g. mplayer to play the Indeo 5.0 AVI cutscenes/intros.
