What works
Program works as it should. Had to use winetricks to get chinese fonts registered. Program seems to be hardcoded to use SimSun
What does not
Without gecko the left qr graphic in the login box does not appear. When it is installed, an exception (object error) occurs when the application is launched. Once I click "OK", the login box appears with the qr code. Definitely a gecko issue
Workarounds
Installing winetricks's ie8 allows the qr code to appear. Still had to use winetricks to get vcrun6sp6 and fakechinese.

Use during the Chinese stock exchange's operational hours.
