What works
I tested the Design, Store, and Send (without hardware connection) tabs. Drawing and importing graphics into the design space works. Adding shapes and editing points functions as expected. The library works.
I originally used a fresh install of Wine 9.1-staging on Fedora 39 that I installed using dnf. I could not select this as a version for this report since it is very old, so I added the winehq dnf repository and installed version winehq-development, which is 9.10. I used a fresh .wine directory configured to Windows 11. For winehq-development, I installed wine-mono using the auto-download feature from winecfg. The splash screen did not show up with 9.1, but with the updated installation of 9.10, the splash screen appeared.
