What works
The launcher opens and is able to install Dofus (I recommend AppimageLauncher for more integration with Linux)
Dofus is able to start but Wine crashes on character creation
What does not
Videos hosted in the folder (Apparently the .mp4 specifically)
/home/<user>/.config/Ankama/Dofus/content/gfx/cinematics
cause the error in wine, which forces to close Dofus
Workarounds
There are 2 ways:
Thanks to Vjalmr for the help in Reddit
Notes: You can undo changes to the folder once you have created your character. If you deleted the files, you can download them again via the Ankama Launcher -> Dofus -> Game Options -> General -> Start Repair
In each update the folder/files that the game notices are missing will surely be downloaded again, so it will be necessary to do the process again.
What was not tested
It was not confirmed exactly which specific files caused the problem.
There was no attempt to change the format of the .mp4 files, possibly the game would not recognize them anyway
I haven't come across any cinematics in the game so far.

Additional Comments
I'll put gold because I consider this workaround to be simple enough to do and redo, after that the game behaves the same way as on Windows
