What works
Installation. I have installed using both the minimal and standard installations and they both finish successfully.
What does not
OneNote itself. On startup, OneNote says there is an error "verfying the integrity of your section files" (General.one). It pop-ups an error and wants to restart to repair the file. When restarted it loads into its main GUI, but then says " Microsoft Office OneNote has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I think the problem might have something to do with the locations in winecfg's "Desktop Integeration" tab, but I am new to linux and am not sure.
