Everything in singleplayer works perfectly! I'm currently about 2/3 through the game.
What does not
You have to copy mfc42.dll in your ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ directorybefore running Setup.exe or the installer will abort after you enter the serial.

1. Download the native mfc42.dll and place it in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/
2. Install it using the command
(Make sure that you properly described your cd-rom letter in the winecfg---> drives button)
2b. If you have for e.g. 4CD version and have problems with installation process (installer don't recognizes second cd in the drive) try to copy all 4 CD into one folder and then install. It installs but there can be some errors with game's working.
Another way is to make CD images and then push the install button.
3. Open up your terminal and use the command
and type in Dunegon Siege 2 game folder
and you are ready to play.
When the intro video's(Microsoft games, dungeon siege 2 etc.) don't work fluently, try to return to the desktop and shut down some no needed process's.
