What works
Exporting graphs works without issues, saves .OPJ files that can be used/opened on native Windows computers with Origin installed. Most keyboard shortcuts appear to work fine.
What does not
Symbols don't seem to display properly within the application and during the exporting process. ∆ (which in Origin is written as "g\(d)") becomes â. Haven't tested to see what other greek and latin symbols are broken. If you go to export the graph it will show it with the incorrect symbol but if you save the .opj file and transfer it to a Windows computer running Origin it shows the intended symbol.
Control + J (copy selected window to clipboard) doesn't seem to work. I've heard this keyboard shortcut (or selecting it from the menu) doesn't work on Windows 7 or newer however.Â

Additional Comments
Opening the application for the first time after updating (or installing) Macports and/or wine/wine-devel can take 2 minutes but afterwards opens more readily.
