Additional Comments

I had to play the game on a virtual desktop, otherwise, bug 11365 is triggered (the game crashes when you enter the game or the Options menu). If you set your desktop resolution, the virtual desktop size and the game resolution to the same values, you can effectively play the game full screen. This works perfectly. Only the menus and the movies (which are always 640 x 480) will not be shown full screen, but in the upper left corner of the screen.
