Maple V release 4. Application runs, with the following workarounds:
(1) Install Maple on a Windows box and copy the entire installed Maple directory to your Linux box. You have to do this because the Maple installer doesn't work.
(2) Copy all the font files from your Windows system fonts directory to the .wine/Fonts directory. If you don't have the Microsoft Truetype fonts, symbols will not be displayed correctly.
What does not
Install program does not work. It complains about insufficient space on the disk and quits. The suggested workaround (selecting Windows 98 emulation) makes no difference.
What was not tested
Cursory test run of Maple, but didn't exhaustively test every feature.
