Fix for bug that prevented reading FCS 2.0 files that used a form feed (hex $0C) as a FCS text separator. Added processing of keyword BYTEORD, which now allows processing of "big endian" data with BYTEORD "4,3,2,1". Previously, only BYTEORD "1,2,3,4" data (i.e., "little endian") was processed correctly. (Thanks to JJ Fournié for reporting this problem.)
