What does not

Needs to have gdiplus.dll installed. After firing it up the program displays a splash screen followed by two fatal exception popups, then exits. I have asked the author of the program about what happens in the code at the positions which are shown in the error message popups. This is what he stated (translated from german): "At the position where Mp3tag pops up the error messages it tries to create an image list (CImageList). In this function it also fetches the device context from the desktop to detect the colour depth."
