This is the version that does not recognise later versions of OpenGL, but there are inherent problems with installing the 1.1 patch (see testing).

Installer works without any problem, although the font used for copying the files over to the hard drive looks as if blurred.
What does not
Launching the actual game after installation returns a SecuROM error, "Please insert the original disc instead of a backup. See www.securom.com/copy for more details." Running the game through ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Starbreeze Studios/Riddick EFBB/Riddick.exe opens up a new window with the following message: "Game has crashed. Do you want to create a crashlog?" Yes or No don't do anything special.
What was not tested
I'm really looking forward to the day I can play this game but there's no hope to be felt until the Securom error gets ironed out, and believe me when I say it's a tough one. But then, a couple of releases ago even the installation would fail and that is now working fine as of Wine release 1.1.4.
