What works

Wine can start the install exe.

What does not

The first feedback I got after starting vpnclient_setup.exe was an error window popped up that said:

Error 28001: The Microsoft TCP/IP stack is not installed. To install the [ProductName] safely, you should first install an IP stack.

In the terminal, I this is what printed out:
