Installs. Car Chase and low-quality tests start.
What does not
Not much, after the first few frames of some low-quality tests (car-chase, nature), 3DMark complains video adapter doesn't have enough memory. I have a Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB which was capable of completing all 3DMark 2001 SE tests under Windows XP (dual boot) and under wine prior to 9.46.
What was not tested
High quality tests.
Hopefully this regression will be fixed, I know 9.46 did attempt to address a lot of DirectX bugs, sadly it seems to have introduced some new ones. P.S. this using the custom settings mentioned in the thread below, without them 3DMark doesn't start (it did not in version prior to 9.46).
