What works

Simulation Gameplay- Both instant action and campaign.

logistics (recovering salvage, mechlab)

No problems with long game play.

What does not

3D acceleration (you cannot install 3D accel files or the simulation will crash)

The following problems were due to the fact mechwarrior 3 seems to lose mouse cursor control when a pop up menu shows: (but the game does not seem to "crash")

Basically anything that causes a pop up message box

Game is playable, frame rate is excellent, sound works fine. What I find funny is that the game would get a garbage rating in Windows XP. In Windows XP, vehicles in the sim jump up and down from the sky, the players mech seems to fall through the terrain. Basically, the game is NOT playable on windows at all. Keep up the good work devs! This error message may have something to do with the pop up message boxes failing fixme:avifile:AVIFileExit (): stub!
