What works
The application installs, along with its dependencies (Windows Media Player 9, etc). Once you start it, it sucessfully connects to your SlingBox device.
What does not
When SlingPlayer attempts to initialize the stream from the SlingBox device it fails with the error message: "Unable to start streaming because not all components are registered properly. Please reinstall the product."

In order to get it to work to this point. 1) You must install using the SlingPlayer install. 2) Copy MSXML3.dll and MSXML3R.dll to system32 from a Windows XP installation. 3) Run winecfg and override MSXML3 as native. 4) Manually register msxml3.dll using regsvr32
