Everything, single player, multiplayer, mission editor. Yes, even creating own maps, exporting them, and also importing them into your DF2 installation. As for the actual game, the keyboard input is sound. Mouse imput works also flawless ...when using "fullscreen software mode". If for whatever reason a windowed mode is prefered, it can still be run in a window by forcing Wine to emulate a virtual desktop, whilst still making use of "fullscreen software mode" in the games' video settings. Installing, using the standard installation .exe on the CD works perfect. Patching the game to the current final 1.06.15 is a matter of 5 seconds using Wine, as opposed to real Windows environments where applying multiple batches seems to take quite some time. The NO-CD-crack -for ease-of-use- does work, is NOT required though. A community patch that turns the white UK-version blood into red blood also did its job. Joining a lan game (since there was noone around to host a server on a windows machine), VoIP, completion of an entire campaign.
SP deserves "Platinum", no tweaking needed, even the vast majority of community tools to enhance it do work.
