I started a new game, watched the intro and created a new character and then started playing.

I did not detect any items that did not work, except for:
I couldn't get the update patches to install I got an error when I got to about 20%. I will test this again.

I did have DirectX and MS VC Redist 2005 installed for another install. I cannot say if this will have an influence. But I did not perform any modification to the default configuration for Wine and Wine tricks.
