Colin McRae Rally 2.0

What works

• Following an earlier comment, I copied the Ms*.* files from the main directory to wine's windows32 and added them to DLL overrides in winecfg
• Game and install works fine. (I used gamecopyworld nocd crack, may even work without, I thought the crack would fix a startup crash issue that was later discovered to be display driver related)
• Changing screen resolution also works (tested changing from 640x480 to 1024x768)
• Saving and loading a game works
• Single race and championship both work
  
• Pretty much everything works

What does not

• Texture artifacts on multiple objects (trees, siderails), could be due to (fixme:d3d_surface:IWineD3DBaseSurfaceImpl_Blt DXTC decompression not supported right now)
• Choosing high resolution textures results in some transparent (missing) surfaces
• Keyboard configuration - key presses not recognized for redefining keys

What was not tested

Nearly everything was tested (played about three hours, so I didn't finish the championship, but the game looked pretty solid)
