Most things. Copy of text works fine. Zooming, text search, rotate page. Help works fine. Window Cascade, tile etc. work fine. Page navigation works fine.

What does not

Printing doesn't appear to work with a HP Laserjet 5. It appears to be sending PostScript data.

Fullscreen does not let you leave the mode.

Following installation remove ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 5.0/Reader/plug_ins/InterTrust/DocBox.api to avoid a page fault.
