What does not
Selecting surfaces in the 3D browser. Clicking and right-clicking has no effect. That means it's impossible to add actors into levels or change textures.
Selecting the desired texture in the texture browser. Always only the last texture visible in the browser gets selected, regardless of where the mouse clicked. This can be worked around by setting texture sizes to be huge, so that only one texture at a time is visible in the browser.
What was not tested
Tested using UnrealEd 3.0 from UT2004 Editor's Choice Edition for GOG on two different systems. One with a Radeon R9 285 and one with Intel Ivybridge iGPU, both using latest Mesa. Note I also tested with Wine Staging 2.12 and got the exact same results. The viewport clicking issue makes the editor unusable but otherwise it seems to be near fully functional now. -- Much of this text came from GreatEmerald previous results.

If you start unrealed in the terminal, you will get a missing dll error. To fix this, follow these few simple steps:
Because you can add brushes, add, subtract and build. You could technically make a map. So all that needs to be fixed is the viewports.
Also, I found out you can't import textures. It just sits there forever and doesn't do anything. This is the same for music import.
