The linux install is a dedicated rpm that contains the appropriate authentication and update software to make online play a possibility. The homegrown version of wine with centering mouse explicitly taken out makes it work from the get go. Instructions on how to make this "special" build are stated on the website. FC4 works as well. FC5 does not at this moment in time.
