The installation, the game and the intro video work, with some specific notes below.
The 'sneak' in game device works at normal speeds, as opposed to previous versions.
What does not
There are issues with application focus and switching between applications. Work arounds are mentioned below.
The issue with the stuttering sound during cut scenes mentioned in previous test cases persists.
Even with the original CD's, the game requires a safedisk work around. See 'howto' below.
What was not tested
Demo, playing the entire game. I played for a few hours and I did not encounter any game crippling rendering issues.
Work Arounds: Application Focus issue: If you can't navigate the menus when the application is run full screen, run it in a window. Application Switching issue: If your cursor gets 'trapped' in the application and you switch applications some keys in the game may become disabled. 'Letter' keys don't seem to be affected so you can re-assign the keys.

Safedisc won't let you launch the game unless you apply THIS fixed exe.
This is delivered as a US no-cd patch but it should work for all versions, and others cracks simply don't work because they require some unimplemented kernel32 functions.
