Game runs but needs disk mounted - CD Patch did not work for me. Most all 3D graphics, hardware accelerated, some artifacts but not significant. Sound, but had to disable 3D sound in Omikron in-game settings to keep in proper stereo.
What does not
Sneak has scrambled screen and is very slow to navigate. Could not call Slider for some reason. Text display is garbled half the time.
What was not tested
Extensive gameplay - I just tried loading and running around
I used Wineskin RC 7 for this test which uses Wine 1.1.37 Could not get it to start due to Game error 'Video Card does not have enough Memory' - fixed this problem by setting the virtual desktop to have a size using winecfg.exe Turn off 3D sound on the in-game settings, or sound over-pans left-to-right while playing. Text garbling limits gameplay to barely functional.

Safedisc won't let you launch the game unless you apply THIS fixed exe.
This is delivered as a US no-cd patch but it should work for all versions, and others cracks simply don't work because they require some unimplemented kernel32 functions.
