The game, but... (see below)
What does not
In order to get the visual display working at all, the game must be run in full-screen mode with a virtual desktop.
There are no fade-in/fade-out screen transitions: The screen simply freezes for a moment, goes blank, and then displays the next game area.
The text is occasionally displayed in squished-together blocks. (But is still readable.)
The sound works with very -little- choppy gameplay, when Hardware Acceleration is set to 'Emulation'.
It is not possible to hold left/right and up/down and fire at the same time.
What was not tested
NAS/Jack sound drivers.
Didn't play through the whole game.
I have confirmed that the general slowness of the game is due to my outdated system. The 'choppiness' when sound is being used may be due to my own computer struggling with the DSound errors.
