First error:

err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\Program Files\\TexasCalculatem\\TexasCalc.exe" failed, status c0000135
Fixed by installing Visual Basic files (look for vbrun60sp5.exe) from microsoft.com.
Second Error:
When upgrade box appears, select "no", and get a box saying 'Run-time error "13": Type mismatch'
