When installing, the installer (a)takes up to 2 minutes to load, and (b)freezes once it is open me, causing me to have to force quit the window.

While it would be nice to have an alternative to the buggy rhapsody.com, I find it disappointing that every version of the standalone app tthat I have tested has been horribly buggy, frequently uninstallable.
