Just about everything. Render times are approximately the same as the windows version.
What does not
There is small text in the editor window that appears near the bottom that lists the variations used by the currently active triangle. These text bits do not appear when using Wine.
The text does appear, but you must hover the mouse over the triangle to see it. My mistake.[/edit]
What was not tested
No scripts were run or edited, but basic triangle movement, renders, variations were tested.

In order for the default help documentation to be available, the original 2.02 version from
www.apophysis.org must be downloaded and installed. Then grab the latest version from the sourceforge page, and copy it into Program Files/Apophysis or wherever you installed it.
