What works
Everything that I've tried including the "WinBUGS" interface (winbugs.exe) and the "Classic BUGS" interface (bugs.exe), although, I've not done much testing with the latter. It may be advertised as the "Classic BUGS" interface, but it is certainly not a syntax-compatible imitation, so the commands are a bit of a mystery.
What does not
The minimize/maximize/exit decorations for document windows usually all look alike and not what they are supposed to look like which can lead to confusion. However, they do what they are supposed to when clicked on. Curiously, this does not happen with floating toolbars; they "inherit" the correct decorations. The headings/labels on the graphical displays of data are sometimes jumbled on top of one another on-screen, but I haven't tried printing yet. Copying/cutting/pasting is a little herky-jerky, but works.

Additional Comments
The minimize/maximize/exit issue does not exist on CrossOver for Mac beta. I'm hoping these fixes can be back-ported to DarWINE. Thanks to all involved, OpenBUGS and WINE developers, for providing free, open-source software that through their philanthropic efforts has now come to the Mac OS X community.
