Interestingly enough, the hotkey that changes the location of the FPS overlay works, even if the overlay itself does not. I tested this by setting the overlay's location, running the program I used for testing (Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne), pressing the hotkey to change the overlay location, exiting out of the testing program, and taking a look at the Fraps preferences; the location had indeed changed. I gave Fraps a bronze rating because the program itself works and is fully functional; however, it seems like the hook it installs in the programs it uses is buggy under Wine, and therefore the program is near useless.
