Pretty much everything
You must run Steam this way to remove the fixmes that are slow it down, ie:
WINEDEBUG=-all wine "c:/program files/steam/steam.exe"
What does not
Fixmes slow it down so use WINEDEBUG=-all to remove them via the console
Intro video is a little slowish (dsound issue?)

Wine 0.9.21 (please add that release) My distro is SLED 10 but I tried adding it before but it is close to SUSE 10.1 anyways...
