What works

installed fine

What does not

There is a Firefox extension (use the latest one here: http://www.favoritesync.com/forum/mvnforum/viewthread?thread=92 )

I sync across PCs at home and at work. A mix of Firefox (home), IE (work - I am forced to), and Windows (work and home) and Kubuntu (home).

The app installs fine, but the app doesn't load. An error message is displayed:

"Failed to initialise. FavoriteSync broken or launched from other than install directory. Please verify that FavoriteSync.exe is launched from the directory where it is installed. If you are launching FavoriteSync from the Start menu or from a shortcut, select the shortvut, rightclick and choose preferences. Make sure that the 'start in:' field is the directory in which FavoriteSync is installed. If this doesn't work then please reinstall FavoriteSync"

Is anyone able to throw any light on this issue ?

If not, then I guess I and others like me on Linux can find another app to do the same job. Anyone any ideas ? I will post to the FavoriteSync forum too. Thanks
