Installation starts and by choosing a custom config you can get to the point that it attempts to install but stops and reports that you need:

IIS World Wide Web Service & IIS Admin service to be running (before installing this program)

Also the terminal shows the following issues:

err:richedit:ReadStyleSheet skipping optional destination
err:rpc:I_RpcGetBuffer no binding
err:rpc:I_RpcGetBuffer no binding
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"Error_IISMissing" returned 1603
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ExecuteAction" returned 1603
