Don't forget to visit your favorite chao in the chao garde, where you can take a break from saving the world and pit your chao against others in a variety of tournaments.

What works

  • You need wine wrapper to install the game since it requires two CDs, use PlayOnLinux since they have a script that does it
  • The game plays
  • Controller works with the input mod
  • All mods installed worked, even the Lantern Engine (But it crashes on Casinopolis)
  • Music plays as it should

What does not

  • The FMV cutscenes do not play, I installed the winetricks media player (wmp9) and they didn't play
  • Do not use the Lantern Engine mod or disable it, it crashes on Casinopolis due to DXVK and there is no fix on Linux 64 bit wine prefixes, they are broken since 6.6. Any mod that uses Lantern Engine is not recommended
