Installation and single player playthrough, also through Heart of Winter and Trials of the Luremaster, back to Easthaven.
What does not
quick save/auto save if 3d acceleration is turned on, thus no eye-candy spell effects and smooth fog of war. I could live without it, though.

Additional Comments
I have installed additional mods to enhance gameplay: 1pp_iwd_fixes (v1), IWDfixpack (v6), 1pp_HQ_Music (v1), Unfinished Business (v7), IWD NPC (v4), IWD_Tweaks (v15) and widescreen (v3.05) in 1920x980 resolution. I used linux version if available (fixpack, ub, tweaks). To avoid ingame stuttering the last "mod" to be installed must be "Generalized Biffing", or otherwise you will encounter huge slowdowns with modded game (as I did, but after some advice I biffed the files and it helped a lot).
