What works
Setup and running the app worked a treat. No config changes were needed - just wine setupfile.exe and then click through to the end.
What does not
The registration didn't work if I opened the app, then chose register from the About menu. However, inputting the registration information when the popup displays worked. It doesn't like trying to read from the CD drive (either mounted or unmounted), so you can't "Make ISO from CD/DVD-ROM, but you can navigate to /media/cdrom (or wherever you've mounted it), and then make an ISO of the contents quite easily.

What was not tested
I haven't really used this exhaustively, but converting a .uif file to a standard ISO (the reason I tried installing this in the first place) worked a treat. I've also tested making a small ISO and that seems to have worked ok.
